The Client Accounting & Advisory Services Associate works onsite in Kingsport, TN. Base pay is $45,000–$57,250 per year. This role supports the Client Account & Advisory Services team by managing clients’ day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and providing reporting and compliance support to small and midsized businesses.

What you'll do

• Maintain bookkeeping and general ledgers for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online and other platforms
• record and reconcile bank and credit card transactions
• reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• work directly with clients
• assist with sales tax filings, 1099s, and other compliance tasks
• learn payroll processing and quarterly payroll filings.
