What you'll do

• Interview, hire, and coach staff
• conduct outreach marketing
• manage daily operations, inventory, goals, and budgets
• orient guests to spa amenities
• explain treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours
• promote spa services and retail
• respond professionally to guest questions and concerns
• monitor locker and facility areas to maintain a safe, clean, organized environment.
