Business Applications Support Supervisor

Job overview

The Business Applications Support Supervisor role is hybrid, based out of the Laconia, NH branch. Pay is $30–$40 per hour, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp supports banking operations and community-focused service. The supervisor leads the business applications support team and helps keep banking platforms reliable and current. The role combines staff guidance with application administration, customer support, vendor coordination, and system change management.

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and assign work to Business Applications staff
• monitor helpdesk tickets and calls
• support, administer, and upgrade the Outlink environment and related applications
• oversee user access profiles
• monitor ATM availability and resolve service interruptions
• liaise with vendors
• coordinate application changes, upgrades, and patches with IT Network support
• facilitate vendor enhancement reviews
• serve as backup administrator for document imaging, file transfer, and core support systems
• participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
