What you'll do

• Operate and monitor milk bottling and production equipment
• assist with setup, start-up, and shutdown
• monitor product quality and production efficiency
• learn basic troubleshooting
• lift and stack milk cases
• disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment
• maintain production-area cleanliness
• follow food-safety and workplace-safety procedures
• report safety concerns and equipment issues.
