The aide supports clients with personal care and daily living activities in their homes. The work includes mobility assistance, meal support, light housekeeping, companionship, observing and reporting changes in condition, and completing required documentation while following agency policies and protecting client confidentiality.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• help with meal preparation and feeding when needed
• perform light housekeeping
• provide companionship and emotional support
• report changes in client condition
• complete documentation
• maintain confidentiality and follow agency policies.
