What you'll do

• Process new and used vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, and tax documents
• submit paperwork to state agencies
• verify title applications and supporting documents
• coordinate payoffs, lien releases, and dealer trade documentation
• track outstanding title work and resolve discrepancies
• post sales and purchase transactions
• process warranty registrations
• maintain files and licensing compliance
• respond to customer, lender, and employee inquiries
• perform general administrative duties.
