What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors
• monitor access-control points, verify identification and authorization, manage visitor sign-in, and maintain access records
• respond to incidents and critical situations according to site procedures
• conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter
• report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and equipment issues.
