What you'll do

  • Complete work orders
  • install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, equipment, and building components
  • conduct monthly inspections and preventive maintenance
  • coordinate contractors for complex repairs
  • maintain campus grounds and buildings
  • document safety issues
  • and provide on-call or emergency repairs as needed, including adjusted hours for snow removal.
