What you'll do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating systems, boilers, heat pumps, water heaters, and plumbing systems
• handle complex no-heat, no-hot-water, leak, and system-failure calls
• explain repair and replacement options to homeowners
• mentor technicians
• audit work for code compliance and quality
• document jobs and estimates in ServiceTitan or similar software
• maintain the service vehicle
• and participate in the emergency on-call rotation.
