What you'll do

• Serve as the day-to-day client contact
• manage service execution, timelines, documentation, and follow-through
• respond to coverage, eligibility, billing, claims-related service, and policy or plan requests
• coordinate new and renewal business
• prepare and review client materials
• administer account transactions and billing
• maintain records and meet service standards. Senior Account Managers also manage more complex accounts and mentor less experienced colleagues.
