What you'll do

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and light HVAC systems
• troubleshoot facility issues
• complete work orders and maintenance requests
• conduct inspections and maintain preventive maintenance schedules
• document work
• prepare classrooms and program spaces
• assist with room setups, furniture movement, and seasonal transitions
• and identify safety concerns while following safety protocols.
