What you'll do

• Ensure timely placement and retention of graduates and former enrollees
• place assigned graduates within the placement service period
• support six- and twelve-month surveys
• develop employer and agency connections
• refer and register assignees with employment agencies
• facilitate job upgrades
• prepare students for placement
• assist with resumes, interviewing, and job-search strategies
• maintain assessment and placement plans
• identify transitional support referrals
• verify placements
• maintain monthly contact with graduates
• document services in CIS case notes
• survey employers and report feedback.
