What you'll do

• Learn client products, services, customers, competitors, and business strategy
• support account teams with agendas, meeting notes, action items, and activity trackers
• track and summarize client and industry news
• compile coverage reports
• draft media pitches, analyses, and briefing documents as needed
• maintain media, editorial, speaking, and awards lists
• conduct and present research
• identify online trends and influencers
• monitor social media and create content
• use analytics platforms to assess campaign performance and recommend optimization
• participate in trainings and strategic brainstorms
• support agency projects and administrative tasks.
