The Site Director, Clinical Research role is onsite in West Palm Beach, FL, with annual compensation of $100,000–$120,000. Health Haven and Health Synergy Clinical Research combine outpatient psychiatric care with industry-sponsored research to advance psychiatric treatment through ethical clinical studies. The director leads multi-site research operations, overseeing managers and site performance across trial execution, recruitment, compliance, team development, and financial results. The role establishes consistent standards and supports safe, high-quality research as the organization grows.

What you'll do

• Lead Clinical Research Site Managers and Clinical Research Operations Managers across research locations
• oversee study feasibility, startup, activation, execution, closeout, and regulatory archiving
• monitor budgets, revenue, expenses, and site KPIs
• develop recruitment and retention strategies
• promote participant safety, confidentiality, informed consent, and protocol adherence
• oversee audits, inspections, documentation, and corrective actions
• develop staff and support cross-site operations. Hands-on participant visits, phlebotomy, ECGs, and specimen processing may be performed when needed, subject to training, competency, credentials, and authorization. Travel regularly to Stuart and other Florida sites as needed
• provide after-hours escalation support for urgent study matters.
