What you'll do

• Support individuals at home and in the community through supervision, training, companionship, behavioral support, and crisis response
• assist with activities of daily living and personal needs
• help create schedules and ensure shift coverage
• coordinate house meetings and paperwork
• complete service reviews and safety checklists
• maintain household safety supplies, binders, and medication logs
• support individual goals in service plans
• coordinate services with facilitators and management
• maintain CPR/First Aid certification
• perform light household duties as needed, within the stated time limits.

Why this role

Schedule depends on the needs of the person receiving support and may include business, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. On-call duties are included, with additional weekly compensation of $300 for a typical week or $350 for a week containing a holiday, plus regular hourly pay for hours worked while on-call.
