The Packaging Technician, Medicinal Cannabis, Overnight Shift role is an onsite position in Gainesville, FL. Pay is $17.00 per hour. The role supports Surterra Wellness operations in Florida by packaging medical cannabis products for patients. Working with Production Leads and Supervisors, the technician packages and inspects cannabis flower and pre-roll products, maintains accurate production records, and follows company procedures and Florida regulations. The work helps meet production goals while maintaining product quality and packaging accuracy.

What you'll do

• Package cannabis flower and pre-roll products according to established standards
• follow company policies, SOPs, and Florida medical marijuana regulations
• verify product quality, weights, counts, labels, and packaging accuracy
• prepare and track production materials
• assist with inventory counts
• calibrate, operate, clean, and maintain packaging equipment
• complete production documentation
• support line setup, changeovers, breakdowns, and shipping and receiving as needed.
