Apartment Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Inspect and maintain common areas, exteriors, roofs, mechanical rooms, supply closets, and resident apartments
• respond promptly and courteously to work orders and repairs
• complete vacant-unit repairs and turns
• help clear snow at assigned properties by 7:30 AM and monitor snow vendors
• earn and maintain pool operator certification
• document work orders within 24 hours
• share rotating weekend and after-hours on-call coverage
• travel between properties as needed and follow Fair Housing and applicable Tax Credit requirements.
