What you'll do

• Gather job information with the Development team
• review photos and notes and visit sites as needed
• prepare preliminary estimate ranges
• update pricing tables and cost data
• solicit and verify trade partner and vendor quotes
• produce estimates for design agreements and contracts
• attend Development and Production meetings
• assist with scope of work, field notes, job costing, and job documentation
• maintain industry relationships.
