What you'll do

• Make emergency notifications as required by post orders
• direct and train security officers
• oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training
• ensure required training and screening are complete
• inspect officer performance
• support contract compliance
• maintain incident reports and payroll-related operations
• and make recommendations on security surveys, post orders, staffing, and cost reduction.
