What you'll do

• Mentor managers on launching and structuring investment clubs and venture funds
• train them on sourcing, screening, diligence, and investment committee processes
• help develop portfolio construction and capital deployment frameworks
• support limited partner communication, reporting, and governance
• review investment memos
• provide risk-management and portfolio-monitoring frameworks
• conduct workshops, office hours, and training
• help refine fundraising materials
• monitor fund performance
• contribute to best-practice playbooks.
