The Hot Cook role is onsite in Gainesville, GA, with a stated pay range of $15–$18 per hour. The cook prepares food to recipe and production standards, maintains product quality and temperature, and keeps the cooking area clean and sanitary. The role also supports inventory, equipment care, buffet restocking, and courteous guest service.

What you'll do

• Prepare Hot Choice Buffet products, including carving and display-cooking items, according to recipes and procedures.
• Grill items to standards and keep fried products fresh and hot.
• Maintain cooking and holding temperatures, inventory, and FIFO rotation.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, maintain equipment and cleanliness, follow health department requirements, and assist guests with products.
