The physician focuses on interventional procedures in an established outpatient pain clinic, supported by nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and a management team. The role contributes to high-volume pain care through procedures including stimulator and pump implants, nerve blocks, epidurals, injections, radiofrequency ablations, and discography.

What you'll do

• Perform interventional pain procedures, including spinal cord stimulator trials and permanent implants, pump implants, nerve blocks, epidurals, joint and muscular injections, fluoroscopy-guided radiofrequency ablations, and discography.
• The role requires implant capability and a procedure-heavy schedule of roughly 20–30 cases per day and at least 100 procedures per month.
• Requirements include an accredited pain fellowship, board certification in anesthesiology or physical medicine and rehabilitation, and a Texas medical license or active pursuit of one.
