What you'll do

• Read and audit work orders
• operate automatic sewing machines to assemble tie-down straps
• pack and document orders
• enter production and inventory data using NetSuite and ShipHawk
• meet daily output targets while maintaining quality
• follow safety and Lean manufacturing practices
• learn and operate sewing machines, cutters, and winders.
