Serving as Leader on Duty, the team leader helps maintain safe and effective store operations, supports employees and volunteers, addresses customer concerns, and assists with sales, donations, and store standards. The role contributes to the store’s daily performance and customer service while providing coverage across team-member duties as staffing needs arise.

What you'll do

• Serve as Leader on Duty
• promote safe work practices and an orderly facility
• assist with cash drawer balances, deposits, register accountability, and required reports
• assist with employee supervision and resolve customer concerns
• maintain store cleanliness
• perform team-member duties as needed
• ask customers for Round-up donations
• safeguard company assets
• assist with employee meetings and equipment maintenance
• cover donation intake, cashiering, and donated-merchandise production as needed.
