What you'll do

• Lead the Inflator Product Development team and oversee project deliverables, team performance, budgets, and resource planning
• propose and follow up on team actions and continuous improvements
• track and report indicators
• communicate and escalate information
• solve technical problems and support product design
• understand simulation, testing, assembly, and component manufacturing processes
• promote design, quality, statistics, robustness, and problem-solving tools
• follow product development standards and customer specifications
• use product development software and standard office software.
