The Direct Support Professional, IHCS and Companion Services role provides in-home and community-based support in the Bath, PA area, near Allentown. Starting pay is $22 per hour. The professional helps the individual build independence through job coaching, meal preparation support, community participation, transportation, and service documentation. The schedule changes between the stated IHCS and companion-services phases.

What you'll do

• Support the individual with maintaining employment, including job coaching and workplace follow-along
• assist with meal preparation and cooking skills
• support community involvement and self-advocacy
• provide safe, dependable transportation and companionship during scheduled hours
• document services in accordance with ODP requirements.
