Inventory Specialist

The role coordinates receiving, storage, shipping, counts, and reporting so stock levels and shipments are tracked accurately and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Receive and inspect shipments
• track items and update stock levels in inventory software
• prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling
• coordinate carriers and pickups or deliveries
• complete shipping and receiving documentation
• maintain organized warehouse storage
• conduct physical counts and reconcile discrepancies
• collaborate with purchasing and sales
• follow safety procedures
• analyze inventory reports
• monitor inventory controls and identify process improvements.

Why this role
