Bar Prep Specialist

What you'll do

• Prepare batch cocktails to specification and label them
• make syrups, infusions, and house-made ingredients from recipes
• prepare garnishes to specification
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• monitor and restock inventory
• flag shortages
• leave the bar organized and ready for the evening team.
