Mental Health Clinician — BHBH Ambassador

It contributes to coordinated, evidence-based care by working with the treatment team, participants, and their families or caregivers.

What you'll do

• Provide service coordination and case management
• develop, evaluate, and implement treatment plans with the team
• provide individual supportive coaching
• conduct psychosocial and risk assessments
• maintain client contact logs and clinical records
• facilitate psychoeducational groups
• provide on-call crisis intervention covering nighttime and weekend hours
• coordinate therapeutic activities in the community.

Why this role
