What you'll do

• Apply cash to home-loan accounts and conduct collections
• handle some accounts payable
• maintain new-loan records and review documents for accuracy and completion
• prepare welcome letters, statements, and past-due notices
• help establish payment plans
• and assist with month-end closing, bank reconciliation, management reporting, and year-end preparation.
