Abrasive Segment Grinding & Finishing Operator — 2nd Shift

The Abrasive Segment Grinding & Finishing Operator role is onsite in Columbia, SC, on the second shift, Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Compensation is $17.75–$20 per hour. The role supports production of diamond blades used by professionals.

What you'll do

• Run auxiliary operations supporting grinding, brazing, and finishing
• load and machine abrasive segments
• wash, sandblast, and polish cores
• assist with manual laser fixture loading
• move materials and blades between work areas
• prepare blades for finishing and handle them on the paint line. Select tooling, clean and perform light equipment maintenance, inspect work, document quality data, and coordinate with Quality Control while following safety standards.
