The CNA 1 supports residents’ daily care and well-being by assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring and documenting health indicators, reporting condition changes, and coordinating with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to provide individualized care.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators
• promptly report changes to nursing staff
• support residents’ emotional and social well-being
• help maintain clean, safe living areas
• collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• respond promptly to call lights.
