What you'll do

• Forecast and budget
• support hotels that fall short of brand standards or company expectations
• oversee quality assurance compliance and approve hotel action plans
• facilitate reporting to ownership
• share best practices across regions
• participate in special projects, due diligence, market analysis, openings, and acquisitions
• liaise among general managers, property support, and ownership
• develop management teams
• implement policies and systems
• review financial controls and guest and employee safety
• conduct property visits and prepare reports and improvement plans.
