What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep
• complete work orders and projects involving painting, drywall, flooring, plumbing, electrical repairs, ceiling tiles, and windows
• maintain exterior areas and assist with snow removal and salting as needed
• transport trash and linens
• inspect and maintain equipment
• conduct fire drills and safety checks
• report hazards and malfunctions
• assist with security and quality improvement
• provide transportation if assigned.
