What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, applicants, and staff
• screen visitors and direct them to service areas
• monitor access points and verify identification or appointment information as required
• report unusual activity
• respond to incidents and emergencies according to site procedures
• patrol assigned areas and the perimeter
• document observations and report concerns.
