What you'll do

• Review resumes and applications against minimum qualifications
• conduct structured phone screenings using interview guides
• assess qualifications, work history, communication, availability, compensation expectations, and fit
• verify licenses and other role-specific requirements
• document findings and recommendations in the ATS
• schedule interviews
• communicate with candidates
• update candidate statuses
• support hiring events and Talent Acquisition initiatives
• maintain confidentiality and meet productivity and quality expectations.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required. Requires 1–3 years of experience in recruiting support, coordination, customer service, inside sales, call center, HR, or another high-volume customer-facing environment. Must be available for one Saturday per month; shifts fall within 7 AM–7 PM, with rotating Saturday hours of 9 AM–6 PM.
