What you'll do

• Lead the International Trade team
• develop strategies to help small and mid-sized firms enter markets and grow international sales
• manage overseas representative contracts
• coordinate with business development and external partners
• manage the division budget
• oversee federal grants, including the STEP grant
• supervise and develop assigned staff
• ensure grant compliance and high-quality export assistance.
