What you'll do

• Manage restaurant sales, labor, food cost, controllable expenses, and guest experience
• recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and team members
• lead shifts

• build schedules, forecasts, and labor plans
• analyze KPIs
• implement menu changes and systems
• ensure health-code, food-safety, allergen, and labor-law compliance
• respond to guest feedback
• engage with the local community.
