What you'll do

• Assess organizational challenges and recommend solutions
• consult on organizational design, workforce planning, role clarity, team effectiveness, and engagement
• lead or support change initiatives through impact analysis, readiness planning, communications, adoption, and reinforcement
• facilitate leadership and team workshops
• develop change frameworks and toolkits
• measure adoption and outcomes
• support talent management and employee listening processes
• analyze organizational and talent data
• design learning solutions and materials
• support learning management systems and digital learning platforms.
