What you'll do

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences and lead company programs.
• Contribute to 30-60-90 day plans and execute operational initiatives.
• Communicate departmental goals and assign workload to maximize efficiency.
• Build and lead a strong team through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Enforce safety and loss prevention policies.
