What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• ensure quality preparation and timely service during peak hours
• maintain kitchen and workstation cleanliness and organization
• assist with inventory management and food storage
• collaborate with kitchen staff
• follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• participate in menu development and special event preparations
• adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks.
