The Director of Operations position is onsite in the office and plant floor of Perimeter Solutions’ Green Bay, Wisconsin business unit. Compensation is $150,000–$180,000 per year, with a bonus opportunity based on individual performance and company success. The role leads manufacturing operations for Perimeter Solutions (Solberg), a provider of lubricant additives and firefighting chemicals. This position provides strategic and operational oversight across production, process engineering, quality, maintenance coordination, planning, and continuous improvement. It is accountable for safe, compliant, efficient production, operational performance, workforce development, and customer satisfaction while contributing to business strategy and growth.

What you'll do

• Lead manufacturing operations and production planning
• contribute to business leadership and strategic decisions
• drive safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost performance
• monitor manufacturing KPIs
• lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
• ensure regulatory compliance and oversee EHS programs
• coordinate maintenance and reliability efforts
• support budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and cost management
• lead, coach, and develop manufacturing personnel and frontline leaders
• support hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning.
