What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems
• inspect systems, diagnose problems, and make repairs
• assist with installation and modification of building equipment
• review work orders and track completion
• support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently
• inspect installations for code and safety compliance
• follow established procedures and communicate straightforward information.
