Job overview
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is an onsite position located in Enterprise, OR, with a pay range of $25.00–$26.00 per hour. This role supports the North Star Oregon LLC team in providing compassionate care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role exists to assist individuals with activities of daily living, community participation, and skill development. By fostering independence and building meaningful relationships, the DSP contributes directly to the well-being and self-determination of the people served.

- Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living, assist with community-based activities, support skill development, assist with medication support, and maintain accurate electronic documentation.
