Senior Client Executive

What you'll do

• Manage relationships with senior client decision-makers
• meet with clients onsite
• understand client business problems and strategic objectives
• develop and coordinate annual account plans
• support service agreement renewals
• monitor satisfaction
• promote solutions and prepare proposals
• follow up on receivables and negotiate resolutions
• travel up to 50%.
