What you'll do

• Assess and screen daily living and work-related skills
• develop therapeutic retraining programs
• administer treatment under physician orders
• coordinate and revise plans of care with physicians and care team members
• report patient progress
• participate in care coordination and discharge planning
• recommend or design adaptive equipment
• train patients, families, and staff
• supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides
• and document services and orders.
