Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is onsite in Windsor, NC, with work across clinic, home, school, and community settings in the listed region; pay is $100 per hour. The role is in POPS aba’s Clinical Services department. The BCBA assesses client needs, develops and evaluates individualized Applied Behavior Analysis services, and supervises technicians. Data-driven treatment, caregiver training, and coordination with other providers support client progress and compliant care.

What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and reassessments
• develop treatment plans, functional behavior assessments, and behavior intervention plans
• supervise behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians
• train caregivers
• analyze clinical data
• modify protocols based on clinical need and data
• maintain documentation
• coordinate with providers
• support authorization requests and compliance.

Why this role
