What you'll do

• Lead, educate, and develop technicians and mechanics
• oversee multiple shop operations
• plan daily staffing
• support equipment-related issues
• identify cost and efficiency improvements
• approve payroll and maintain repair orders and compliance documentation
• address corrective actions
• maintain safe facilities and equipment
• communicate with clients
• and conduct pre-shift meetings. Travel to multiple shop locations may be required.
