What you'll do

• Coordinate maintenance operations across multiple residential and program locations
• assign and monitor maintenance staff work
• address building systems, repairs, and property upkeep
• participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours or emergency maintenance needs
• prepare repair estimates and submit invoices
• coordinate landscaping and groundskeeping
• perform minor repairs, installations, and troubleshooting.

Why this role

Requires at least five years of professional maintenance or facilities management experience and at least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience; valid New Jersey driver’s license required.
