What you'll do

• Recruit, mentor, and lead engineering professionals
• oversee municipal and private development projects
• build client relationships and respond to RFPs
• provide technical support, staff training, quality control, and project management
• develop client relationship plans
• serve as primary contact for clients and subconsultants
• collaborate with firm leadership on strategy and service development.
